TRAT1 Antibody
Protein information
T cell receptor (TCR)-associated transmembrane adaptor 1 (TRAT1) is a key regulatory gene involved in TCR signaling and has been linked to cancer progression. It is a 30 kDa protein expressed in T cells as a cysteine-linked homodimer, which associates with the TCR-CD3-zeta-chain complex and undergoes phosphorylation by Src-family kinases. TRAT1 plays a crucial role in stabilizing the TCR/CD3 complex at the surface of T cells, ensuring proper signal transduction and immune response regulation.
