Deadlines

Poster and Abstract submission until 1^st of April 2024

Recommended poster format: approximately 1000 mm width and 1600 mm in length

Abstract

Meeting and workshop participants are encouraged (but not obliged) to submit a one page abstract (maximum 300 words) about their work. The best 4 abstracts from younger scientists (under 35) and PhD students will be selected for a short talk (10 minutes) presentation during the EuroMAbNet meeting.

EFIS Scholarship: The Best 8 abstracts from students and young scientists coming outside France will receive 600 € as travel grant, courtesy of EFIS.

Young scientists and PhD students are required to submit their abstracts to sophia.karagiannis@kcl.ac.uk. The submission period for abstracts is from the 1st of February to the 15th of March 2024

Accommodation

We strongly recommend you to book your hotel in Montpellier as early as possible due to the limited availability of accommodations in June.

Please keep in mind that both locations (Ab Validation Workshop and EuroMAbNet meeting) are easily accessible via TRAM1 (please refer to the map), so we recommend selecting a hotel in the city centre near this tram1 line for your convenience.
